About Us Our Managing Director, Mr Neil Francis, has over 30 years experience in the construction and maintenance industry including 14 years offshore drilling. Neil has been a trainer and assessor for the previous 10 years. Neil is supported by a highly qualified team of trainers and administrators. Mr Garry Ewert has worked in the construction field for thirty years and assists Neil with most training. Garry has worked in a variety of positions over his years in the construction industry and also has extensive earthmoving experience. Garry has completed his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Due to the ongoing growth of the business we have recently added Mr David Spark to our team. David has 40 years experience in the construction, building and plumbing industries. David has also had experience as a crane driver and with most aspects of earthmoving operations. More recently David has completed his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Mr Gregory Hawken also joined our ranks in 2007. Greg is a trainer with 35 years experience in the construction industry including 8 years in various roles from management to hands on training and assessment. In addition to training, Greg is an authorized assessor and his special interest area is cranes. Carolyn Stewart is our administration officer and has extensive experience in all elements of managing a busy office environment , Carolyn is often our first point of contact for clients and is presently undertaking additional training in Business Administration to further complement her invaluable office experience.
