Quality Assurance Policy

WorkSafe Training Centre is committed to delivering our products & service at a quality standard that will meet or exceed our Clients’ expectations. It is our purpose to achieve excellence at every level of our business

To achieve this, The Company will:
Ensure that our policy concerning quality of service is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the Company, including suppliers and providers, by developing appropriate procedures.
Implementation of best work practices with procedures designed to minimise waste and error at all levels of The Company’s activities, including:

  • Service delivery and the management of our subcontractors & suppliers.
  • Provision of adequate resources
  • Consultation and participation of employees
  • Consultation and participation of suppliers and clients.

The Company will continually monitor the quality of all products and services, and will continually monitor Company operations through

  • auditing functions
  • key performance indicators to ensure conformance to agreed requirements and targets,
  • implementation of initiatives to promote continuous improvement.
