This booklet is provided as a means by which we, as your Training provider can clearly annunciate to you, our company’s policies and procedures which have been designed to provide you, “The Trainee” with the highest standards of training as well as to provide for you a clearly defined procedure for raising any concerns which you may have with respect to the decisions made concerning your previous work experience and the qualification processes.
